Mohr or Less

What a great day it is out there today.  Why am I writing on our blog?  :-)  Well, I’m working this weekend but it’s not so bad.  We managed to make it to St. Christopher’s School but instead of going to their Fall Festival, we took Kaleb and Taylor to the playground instead.  Then, got a quick bite to eat and now we’re back home where I’m surfing the web (looking at old Jeeps on eBay; nice to dream) and Sha’s playing the Playstation while the kids nap.

All the windows in the apartment are open and we’re enjoying a nice breeze at lower 70 degrees temperatures.  My desk shift is from 8 to 10:30 tonight but I may have to drive the girls down to St. Chris for their dance.  I’m thinking about swinging by Blockbuster to grab a movie so I have something to watch while on the desk.  I wish they had Tucker but never seem to.  Been having a hankering to watch that movie lately.

Tomorrow, we’re planning on going to church and I’m going to wash the van.  It’s pretty bad.  I’m also going to try to spend some time with Mackenzie as she’s having some problems in school.  Hope to start spending more one-on-one time with her and Matt, when I can.  Love to take her down to Belle Isle but with the National Folk Festival going on, that could be interesting.  Actually, if I wasn’t on call all weekend, we’d be there.  But, on top of that, if I wasn’t on call this weekend, I’d probably be hiking.  :-)  Hope to do that in a couple of weeks if nothing comes up.
