Mohr or Less

…but I just don’t feel like it.  :)  Kinda tired, kinda numb.  Long, busy yet productive day.  Sat in orientation meetings at work up until mid-afternoon while I worked to get the computer lab images finished in preparation for the students’ return next week.

Went to the Head of School’s home for an after-work picnic for those of us living on campus.  That was a warm, welcoming event which we really enjoyed.  We loved watching the kids run around with the other on-campus children.  It’s so nice to feel like we’re part of a community again, much like we felt back at Stuart Hall in Staunton.

Looked at a 20 year old Volvo afterwards for a possible second car but that didn’t work out.  Maybe that’s why I’m kinda bummed.  Oh well.  It just wasn’t meant to be and I’m accepting God’s input on that.

Now, thinking about what I got going on tomorrow.  Oh yeah, the boss is going to introduce me to the entire faculty and staff.  All of us “newbies” will be introduced in the morning.  Then we’re having an all faculty & staff gathering.  Wait, I don’t want to give it all away.  Gotta keep you in suspense. 

I guess I did have quite a bit to say after all!
